Feeling the feels you don’t want to …

Yesterday I was on the phone with a dear girlfriend, and we had a great chat about experiencing unpleasant feelings. I affirmed it sucks to feel the feels sometimes, and she asked, “What do you do?” 

Out of nowhere, we had a great discussion about creating the space in your body that house intense emotions. Unless you are creating that space, those low vibrating feelings literally can not live in you. 

Check in with yourself … are you tight, muscle tension, stiff? All signs you are creating space for your body to house emotions that don’t serve. Start practicing true deep relaxation, and stop feeling anxious, fearful, or angry. While exercise and weight lifting are great … try yin yoga this week. Create a temple where low vibrating emotions can’t live.
