I recently uploaded an Inner Child Mediation I recorded, on Insight Timer.
A beautiful soul reached out to me to let me know that the meditation helped her to LIVE in her inner child.
To see and feel parts of her little girl that she hadn’t even thought of in years.
It was a powerful message, so much so that I did the meditation myself!
I was left reflecting on what it is that my inner child needed, and wanted.
I was reading something the other day that asked, “what is the advice you would give to your younger self?”
I reframed this …WHAT IS THE ADVICE MY YOUNGER SELF WOULD GIVE MY NOW SELF!?
When I sat with that in a journaling sesh, it was a pretty miraculous moment, in the simplest and most Divine way.
She said, “rip off the judgment like a webbed suit, toss it in the creek, and have fun! Embrace your fun side and the laughter that we always liked to share with one another.”
That made sense!
What she said that didn’t make sense, but I took note …

⟣ Peace out (as she flashed her peace fingers at random)
⟣ READY TO DANCE?! It was quite a visualization for me.
So I ask you not what advice you have for your younger self, but WHAT IS THE ADVICE YOUR YOUNGER SELF IS GIVING YOU NOW!?
